Conditions for Return
Return Request Window (Post-Delivery): A standard return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Items for return must be in the same condition as received from the courier.
No "Open and Try" Upon Receipt: The carpet cannot be opened or tried out upon delivery.
Immediate Rejection for Defects: If you notice a defect or issue with the item upon visual inspection at the time of delivery, you may reject the order and return the item immediately with the same delivery person. In this specific case, the return is free of charge.
Inspection, Refund, and Exchange
Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, the returned item will undergo inspection to check its eligibility for a return or exchange.
Refund Processing: If the return criteria are met, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via Bank Transfer or Instapay.
Shipping Costs - Returns & Exchanges
Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee paid for the order is not refundable (unless the order was immediately rejected due to a defect upon delivery).
Standard Return Shipping Cost: For all returns requested after delivery (within the 14-day window), the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
Exchange Shipping Cost: In the case of an exchange, the customer will bear the shipping cost, which will be double the value of a standard shipping fee (to cover the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item).
