How to Take Care of Your Rug
To ensure the enduring charm of your Faded Blue Traditional Area Rug, a consistent and gentle care regimen is advised. Begin by regularly vacuuming the rug, using a low-suction setting or a dedicated floor attachment, to effectively remove everyday dust and loose particles. In the event of a spill, prompt action is crucial: immediately blot the affected area with a clean, uncolored cloth, taking care not to rub, as this can spread the stain. For more tenacious marks, a specialized, diluted rug cleaning solution can be carefully applied and then blotted until dry. To promote even wear across its surface and to preserve the rug's intricate details, consider rotating it occasionally, particularly in zones experiencing heavier foot traffic. For comprehensive cleaning or to address significant soiling, entrusting your rug to professional cleaning services is highly advisable when needed. Crucially, always refrain from using harsh chemical agents, bleach, or aggressive scrubbing, as these can irrevocably damage the delicate fibers and compromise the rug's soothing color palette.
